WealthMaia ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and store your information in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data collected

We collect your email address, financial profile information you provide during onboarding, and your chat conversations with Maia.

Data processing

Your conversations are processed by Anthropic's Claude AI to generate responses. Anthropic does not train its models on API data. All data is stored in the EU (Frankfurt) via Supabase.

Your rights

You have the right to access, export, and delete your data at any time via the Settings page. You can also request data portability or lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
