Service description

WealthMaia provides AI-powered financial education and information through a conversational interface. WealthMaia is not a CNMV-regulated EAF (Empresa de Asesoramiento Financiero), does not execute orders, does not custody funds, and does not provide personalised investment advice as defined by MiFID II. What we do is independent AI-driven analysis: product comparisons, projections, portfolio diagnostics, and market commentary based on public data and the profile you give us.

Limitation of liability

Maia's output is analysis, not advice. Investment decisions are yours. We are not responsible for losses, taxes, or missed opportunities resulting from actions you take based on Maia's output. For complex matters — private pensions, unit-linked insurance, inheritance planning, derivatives, autónomo or company tax optimisation — consult a qualified professional before acting.

Account termination

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time via the Settings page. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
