Do you charge commission on what I invest?
No. Maia charges a flat monthly subscription. Your money sits with your broker; we don't move it and we don't charge for it. The bigger your portfolio grows, the better for you, and for us, because you stay a customer.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. From Billing you manage your subscription and cancel in a couple of clicks, in Stripe's secure portal. No lock-in and no need to write to anyone, as required by European law (Directive EU 2023/2673).
Why flat instead of a percentage of my portfolio?
Because we align our incentives with yours. If we charged a percentage, we'd profit from recommending riskier products or moving your portfolio more often. With a flat subscription, we earn when you keep trusting Maia month after month, not when your wealth grows.
Is there a trial period?
